1) Print or Read & Download the Program Info Sheet.

2) Print, Read or Download the Weekly Class Schedule.

3) Pick a class: Beginning Strings or Band; Intermediate Strings or Band; Private one-on-one Lessons; one of our three           online Music Theory Classes (see the Music Theory Page for details); or another class we discussed.

4) Pick the class with the best location, day and time from the Weekly Class Schedule (locations are on the Contacts Page).

5) Email me at: dfarmer2663@yahoo.com or call or text: 937-403-8229. Please feel free to ask questions or offer new ideas. 

6) Now, open the Registration Form. Print it out and either: A:  email back to me or, B: turn in to me at the 1st class or,

    C: mail to Dennis Farmer at 351 Christopher Drive, Dayton Ohio 45458.

*I read the Program Info Sheet (1)

*I picked classes from the Class Schedule Sheet (2, 3, 4)

*I emailed Dennis to request classes and ask any questions (call if it’s a bit complicated) (5)

*I filled out the Registration Form (6)

*I sent in my forms either by mailing to: Dennis Farmer, 351 Christopher Dr, Dayton Ohio 45458 or carrying to my in-person class OR...  I emailed the Registration Form to dfarmer2663@yahoo.com.
