Follow these steps to register after talking to Dennis:

1) Contact Dennis by phone or email to see if we can work out something that works for your child(ren) and family. If you 

   contact me through email we will need to talk on the phone to make a plan so be sure to leave your phone number.

2) Print or Read & Download the Program Info Sheet (important dates are on the this sheet).

3) Open the Registration Form. Print it out and either: A: email back to me or, B: turn in to me at the 1st class or,

   C: mail to Dennis Farmer at 351 Christopher Drive, Dayton Ohio 45458 before the 1st class.
